Abstract: 

Jihadist management as a style of our religious and social thinking has preceded the length of the Islamic Revolution. This research was carried out with the aim of identifying and ranking the indicators of Jihadi management. The statistical population was experts in the subject and senior managers of the organizations. The sample size was determined by using a snowball sampling method of 50 people. Initially, through library studies and then through saturated interviews The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Accordingly, 76 indicators were identified for Jihadist management. The first 25 first indicators in the group were used to analyze the data. They became very important Most of them have a cultural, spiritual, and value-oriented culture, and it is essential for them to act as a Jihadi director, and their failure to observe the Jihadist characteristics of management. Indicators 26 to 50 are in the medium-importance group, which are mostly behavioral and show a lack of respect for management weaknesses. Indices 51 to 76 are less important that are more relevant to the manager's personality, and the more emphasis on them can be the Jihadist In the form of the leader of the organization.

Abstract: 

As the foundation of management, rationality can provide distinctive features for schools of management. At present, in spite of attention to religious rationality in the current researches, the rationality of Jihadi management has not been specifically addressed. This research is aimed at understanding the rationality of Jihadi management by investigating related verses to Jihad in the following commentaries of the Holy Qur’ an: “ Almizan” , “ Nemoneh” , “ Majmaulbayan” , and “ Tasnim” . Speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution concerning Jihadi management as well as the views of the scholars have also been studied. This research follows a comparative qualitative content analysis. Accordingly, in the first stage, three types of rationalities, that is, theoretical, practical and performance, were selected as the comprehensive categories. An analysis of the various documents and interviews resulted in the identification of the subcategories. The study resulted in 791 codes, which were categorized into 75 sub-themes, 12 main themes and three types of wisdom, which were included in the final model of the research. The results indicated that theoretical rationality includes belief in the struggle between right and wrong and special compassion from God: practical rationality includes religious components, attention to supernatural power, and fighting against the enemies; finally, performance rationality includes the components of wisdom, sacrifice, the constructive relationship between the leader and the followers, the problem-orientation, systematicity, the proper encounter with the enemy, and endeavor.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Although the concept of Jihadi management has been ambiguous for many management thinkers and government managers, the abundance of more than 100 studies in the field of Jihadi management in less than a decade shows the focus and determination of researchers to theorize about this concept. Has. However, so far no comprehensive formulation of studies in this field has been provided to identify and explain the key components of Jihadi management. The aim of this study was to systematically review Jihadi management studies. Method: In order to provide a comprehensive formulation of studies in this field, researchers used the methodology of secondary study, one of which is systematic review. Out of 78 non-duplicate researches among the valid databases of Iran, 32 cases were selected as the final researches for this research which are related to the subject of the research. Data collection tools, studies in the field of Jihadi management and data analysis method were also quantitative content analysis. Results: The five main recurring categories in the categories of Jihadi management are: Mujahideen effort (18), belief in the unseen (15), fighting the enemy (14), empowerment (14) and cooperation and empathy (14). The four recurring categories in the categories of Jihadi manager are: participatory (19), meritocracy (17), self-belief (16) and presence in the field of action (16). Conclusion: Jihadi management studies are in a repetitive process and no new results are obtained; Therefore, it was first necessary to provide an overview of all studies in this field and then to determine the direction of future research in this field.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article was to identify and categorize the components of Jihadi management in order to use these components in educational organizations. To this end, by reviewing the results of qualitative researches in the field of Jihadi management, the identification and classification of the components of the results derived from the results of these researches was addressed. The method of doing this research was qualitative and text analysis. Research community, All articles were derived from qualitative research related to the area of Jihadi management. In this research, was used a targeted sampling method. The results indicate that the components of Jihadi management identified in the research, In the form of 11 categories of Jihadi structure, flexibility, vilaiee relationship, endeavor-orientation, participation, self-directedness, meritocracy, leading thinking, spirituality-orientation, growth-orientation, and anti-arrogance are categorized under different subcategories. The results of this research can be used in different systems such as educational system. It is also suggested to study the components of Jihadi management from the perspective of the developmental documents of the education system.

Abstract: 

management is one of the important and significant eras in Islamic lifestyle. Jihadi management originates from Jihadi culture, and signifies management on the basis of Islamic values. Any conceptual explanation and endeavor to define criteria and attributes of Jihadi management require an in-depth study and contemplation in the holy Quran. Since the word management and its derivatives are not used in the holy Quran, a suitable methodology is to contemplate on words including "obedience", "submission", "subordination" and the word "Jihad" as well as the context of the verses containing those words. Based on the findings of this research, it can be indicate that the main characteristic of Jihad is extending efforts to achieve the desirables by practicing wisdom, science, piety, role model, divine leadership orientation, attachment and reliance on God, and Jihadi management is directed toward using such criteria and attributes along talent, capability and individual and organizational competence and faith of the manger in order to realize its transcendental objective i.e. qualitative and quantitative improvement in human life. Therefore it can be said that the manager plays a fundamental and valuable role in realization of Jihadi management.

Abstract: 

Background and objectives: The production of science is one of the necessities and foundations of the power of every country. management science is a science based on the environment and culture of each society. Therefore, the management of organizations and institutions of the Islamic Revolution needs theories and scientific texts that are appropriate to Islamic values and the Islamic Revolution in order to realize its lofty goals. This article examines the theoretical and practical biography of Shahid Beheshti, as one of the Jihadi managers of the Islamic Revolution who had a brilliant experience in the field of management and organizational activities, and seeks to design a conceptual model of the Jihadi management style of Shahid Beheshti. Methodology: This research is of a developmental, exploratory and inductive type. Library study was used to collect data. Data analysis was done through qualitative research method of theme analysis using the MAXQDA software. Findings and results: In total, 169 primary codes (in the form of 118 basic themes), 31 organizing themes and 9 comprehensive themes have been extracted from the conducted studies. The comprehensive themes of this research are: God-centered, just, logical, network-building and frame-building, comprehensiveness, mujahid, servant, honest and duty-oriented. The importance of each of these components has been determined by FC Mapper software and its fuzzy perceptual mapping pattern has been drawn using Pajak software. According to the level of importance, the God-centered dimension of Shahid Beheshti is placed as the most fundamental dimension among other dimensions.

Abstract: 

This research aims to process knowledge in educational organizations based on the Jihadi management approach. Knowledge is a common subject in management, organization science, and economics, which is given special importance in Jihadi economic and managerial subjects. In the research, a mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) has been used to advance the research objectives. The snowball technique was used for sampling in this research. In total, interviews were conducted with 11 experts in the field of education. In this combined research, the thematic analysis method has been performed. In the following, in order to fit the proposed model, the confirmatory factor analysis model has been used in AMOS software. The population studied in the quantitative analysis were the managers of the educational centers, and due to the unlimited number of people, 384 people were considered as a sample based on Morgan's table. Based on the findings of this research, 4 main and central categories were identified in the field of Jihadi management, which provided the means for knowledge processing in educational organizations based on the Jihadi management approach. From the findings of this research, it is concluded that an important step that must be taken in order to improve the productivity and performance of managers in organizations is to move from organizational information to knowledge processing,In fact, knowledge is obtained from understanding information, and if we apply our knowledge, skill is obtained, and when we combine our skill with other skills, expertise is obtained, and finally, we have mastered our expertise.

Abstract: 

Purpose: During the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the events after that, a culture with a managerial style developed, which was interpreted as "Jihadist work". In this regard, the author intends to explain the Jihadist management of Martyr Soleimani as a management paradigm derived from the principles of the Islamic Revolution. Question: In terms of ontology, epistemology and methodology, how does the Jihadi management of Martyr Soleimani relate to the strategic requirements of the Islamic Revolution for the science of (Jihadi) management? Methodology: The method of this research is descriptive-analytical. The method of collecting information is library and documents, and the tool of data collection will be note-taking tips. Findings: In terms of ontology, his management in line with the acceptance of God's sovereignty and management over all the affairs of the world, Jihadist (Jihad with self and Jihad in social and strategic fields), revolutionary (adherence to the foundations and principles of the revolution) and based on the principles of Wilayah. (obedience to the guardianship of the Islamic jurist). From the point of view of epistemology, first of all, the Jihadist management of Martyr Soleimani can be recognized in the light of the Islamic Revolution, and the sources of its recognition are his technocracy, charismatic personality, enemy analysis, and crisis recognition. Martyr Soleimani's Jihadi management methods are pragmatism and alternativeism, time management, courage, mobilization of resources, etc. Conclusion: Martyr Soleimani's Jihadi management is one of the management schools of the Islamic Revolution. Because with the aim of improving the quality of life, it is based on monotheistic-spiritual thinking, recognizable and based on specialized and indigenous methods.

Abstract: 

The current of Islamic Revolution and its consequent developments led to the formation of a kind of behavior, culture and organizational management model that was later interpreted as Jihadi work and management. Evidently, inattention to the original essence and vital factor of Jihadi thought would lead to diversion or misconception. The objective of this research is to understand the essence of this emerging phenomenon and its fundamental differences with similar phenomena. Hence, employing interpretative phenomenology, the present paper is an attempt to study and analyze more than 60 statements of Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei about jihad (holy struggle). The findings of this research indicate that the pivotal distinction of Jihadi activities become meaningful in the framework of faith in the invisible and acquisition of this faith as well as its bolstering is possible through piety. The effectiveness of Jihadi management is rooted in individual’ s mystical and spiritual spirit; and, finally the nature of Jihadi management is defined on the basis of struggle, which is founded on two pillars, i. e. ample efforts; and struggling against the obstacles in the way of achieving Islamic progress and civilization. Proper understanding of the nature of jihdi management can lead to the formation of Jihadi culture with such dimensions as utilization of the capacities, struggle against the obstacles and limitations as well as introduction of examples and epitomes. Success in launching this model of management would lead to such results as happiness and hope in the organization, quicker access to the goal, strengthening of the inner construct, experiencing dignity and achieving progress and civilization.

Abstract: 

It is critically important to pay attention to management and manufacturing as models formulated by Islamic and revolutionary teachings in the Islamic Revolutionary’s front increasingly threatened by a plot from the malicious front. Based on the statements made by the Supreme Leader in the area of Jihad and Jihadi management and drawing on the Koranic verses and the managerial experiences of the author, this article presents a model of the practical shaping of Jihadi management based on cyclical model comprising three stages- be’that (appointment), Jihad and entering- by using analytical-descriptive methodology and discourse analysis. Each of these three stages covers steps without which that stage doesn’t take place completely, just as each stage will not lead into next stage unless it reaches a level of maturity. Of course, the exit of the last stage is the entrance way of the first stage which make it mature at a higher level. So, this movement is continued as a spring-like cycle in the entire life of an individual and society which is based on divine teachings.
